SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

What I bring to the table. 🛠️

Charged with fresh new idea's and a stick to it energy. While having strong design principles that create structured and unified visual designs and developments. I design meaningfully and with intent.

Every action or choice should be explainable and have a reason.

Branding

Developing a personality that makes your business and company, stand out and recognizable across many platforms. Through motion, patterns, illustrations, and use of color and design into a customized system and brand guideline.

Web Design

Disciplined in web design technologies such as Webflow, HTML & CSS, I bring value to design teams, helping save valuable development time, through front-end visual development.

Ideation

From a hands on process of ideation through sketches, idea boards, mind maps. To in depth digital mood boards and style guides that catches your creative direction. There is a thought process and large research development across every design.

Product Management

Being involved in every phase of development is paramount as a visual developer and designer. Especially using liminal thinking while taking every perspective and issue from management positions on the team, and solve it before its an issue.

WORKFLOW & Process

How my Process works.🙇🏽

01

Research & Inspiration

This is the foundational phase, that builds your brand and design, where I make sure to get all the facts and development processes right. Through Idea Generation, Competitive Analysis, and User/Product Research.

02

Organize & Define

After understanding the 'problem' and the visual direction accomplished through a brand brief created by observation and questions answered through development meetings. I organize and define the visual style to the highest needs.

03

Ideate & Create

With the research and user experience solidified, progressing forward towards a process of physical wireframes, sketches, and rough ideas that is laid out to go through revisions and digital creation.

04

Prototype, Revise & Finalize

This is where it all happens. Using all the revisions and feedback from previous rough designs, while following the brief and style guide created in the beginning. I develop a finalized visual design that is organized on a cloud based drive to ensure access at any time!

TESTIMONIALS

Hear what others have to say!👏🏽

Here are some reviews from collogues and clients, from all different professions and careers.

Having been a client of Jeff Leretsis and the Edinboro University Beehive team, I can fully attest that he is a person of exceptional creative ability, precise execution proficiency and outstanding interpersonal skills. Jeff and team developed for Foxburg Country Club and their public charity, Foxburg Golf Preservation, Inc., branding and marketing materials that included stylescapes, logo, rack card and website. His effort had a direct impact on the organization’s ability to raise one-million-dollars for renovation of the oldest golf course in continuous operation in America.

Bruce Whitehair

Vice Chair for Foxburg Golf Preservation

While having Jeff as a student, under the supervision of myself and colleagues, for a competitive work study position  in our on-campus student design agency, the Edinboro Beehive. Through this opportunity, Jeff was assigned numerous professional projects working with local clients in branding and web design. We entrusted Jeff to lead the design, development, and client communication on nearly every web project for Beehive clients. He consistently surpassed our expectations with high-quality creative concepts and successful project completion, and we undoubtedly asked him to join us again for a third term!

Cass Reese

Assistant Professor at Edinboro University, Interactive & Graphic Design

I first met Jeff as a friend of my sons and then found out he was attending the local vo-tech school for graphic design. He produced high quality RV Site signs and other necessary signage as part of our RV park. As he grew in his education so did the projects he undertook. Jeff is a self starter, highly reliable and a quality person. Working as a customer service representative at our campground he learned how to deal with all manner of people. He has professionally dealt with difficult customers and been a team player when helping other staff members.
